WooCommerce Shipment Tracking: The Complete Setup Guide

Before You Start

You'll need:

  • A WooCommerce store running WordPress 5.9+
  • A TrackLogy account (free trial available)
  • The TrackLogy ENG plugin installed on your WordPress site

Step 1: Install the TrackLogy ENG Plugin

Download the plugin from your TrackLogy dashboard under Integrations → WooCommerce. Upload it via WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Activate it and enter your TrackLogy API Key in the plugin settings.

Step 2: Connect Your Store in TrackLogy

1. Log into your TrackLogy dashboard

2. Go to Stores → Add Store

3. Select WooCommerce

4. Enter your store URL and click Connect

5. Approve the OAuth permission screen in WordPress

The connection is established in seconds.

Step 3: Import Existing Orders

Under Shipments → Import, choose your date range and click Import from WooCommerce. TrackLogy fetches all existing orders with tracking numbers.

Step 4: Configure Notifications

Go to Store Settings → Email Notifications and enable the triggers you want (shipped, in transit, delivered, exception). Customise the sender name and template to match your brand.

Step 5: Test It

Place a test order or use the Preview button to send a sample notification to yourself. Check that the tracking link works and the email looks correct on mobile.

You're Done

From now on, every order with a tracking number syncs to TrackLogy automatically. Your customers get branded tracking pages and email notifications without any manual work from your team.
